Starter- *It was late and I was just leaving the forest entrance, after a night of training. My clothes were tattered and torn, covered in mud and the blood of other animals, making me appear as if I had just gotten done with a brutal fight. I had a calm, unruffled look on my face as my feet hit the familiar city street pavement and I retracted my fangs, my eyes shifting back to an emerald green color. I narrowed my eyes to leaf green slits, wincing as the artificial light from the street lamps hit my skin but it didn't burn. It was only artificial light after all. The city streets were surprisingly busy and there was a mass of blinking lights not too far away from where I was. A clear reminder that the carnival was in town and that many of the humans would be attending it. Then it hit me and my hunger roared to life. What could be more perfect than a busy place with distracting lights and games? Sure it didn't sound like my cup of tea but it would be easy to simply steal my prey from the shadows and feed from it without anybody noticing. My eyes shifted to an unnatural red color and my fangs poked out but I did not bare them, making me appear as a regular human girl as I made my way to the carnival. I disappeared into the shadows once I got there, standing behind a booth and scanning the open area for my next victim. What appeared as the young girl did not look like a blood sucking demon who lurked in the shadows for it's next victim and haunted young children's nightmares. No. She looked like just a harmless human girl who was sitting in the shadows, observing those around her. Until I saw you and narrowed my eyes. You were achingly handsome for a human but I knew who I was going to choose after I saw you. As you drew closer to the booth I came out of the shadows at blinding speed, placing my palm over your mouth to prevent you from screaming and pulling you back into the shadows with me. My lips curled back to form a confident, deadly grin and I showed fangs, speaking in a radiant tone.* "Hey, if you don't scream maybe I won't leave you as an empty husk." *I purred sounding oh so delighted to finally have the fresh taste of blood in my mouth. I was about to sink my fangs into your neck when I paused and looked at you with wide, child-like red eyes.* "And to answer your question human, no. By biting you I will not turn you into one of my kind. That is a whole other procedure. And no I won't kill you as long as you tell no one of our little meet up. Now, this may hurt a bit but don't scream~"
